The Equity Invest team has performed underwriting services for numerous acquisitions, dispositions, refinancings and restructurings. The services have included feasibility analysis, market analyses, deferred maintenance reports, complete financial analysis and property tax appeals. These services have been performed for their own account, as well as for partnerships, limited liability companies, private companies and individuals.
In addition, Equity Invest assembles a complete package of outside reporting necessary for acquisitions, development, or sales transactions including environmental studies, structural reports, and all applicable city, utility, and zoning confirmations. This work is detailed and the result is a presentation that is sound in terms of location, competition, and profitability within a market area.
